Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, email us at support@pawdaisies.com and we'll sort it out.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Our warehouse is overseas, so return shipping can be expensive. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take a few business days to show up.
