Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Your order ships from our overseas warehouse. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days after it ships. During the holiday season, carriers can be slower, so please allow a few extra days.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Import duties are included in our prices. You won't be asked to pay anything extra at delivery.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at support@pawdaisies.com. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
